Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Our goal is to ship orders within 24 to 48 hours on weekdays via UPS, FedEx Ground and US Postal Service. For other methods of shipment (ex: 2nd Day Air, Overnight, Post Office) please contact us.  Additional shipping costs will apply.  Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and origin from the zip code 32765 using UPS, FedEx ground and US Postal Service rates.

Weekend and holiday orders will be processed on the next available business day. Items temporarily out of stock or on backorder will be shipped immediately upon arrival in our warehouse.


Split Shipments 

Orders may be fulfilled and shipped at varying times based on product availability.   Upon shipment you will receive a confirmation e-mail detailing the content of the shipment and the remaining items to be shipped.  If possible, an estimated shipment date of the remaining items will be given.


Shipping Regulated Materials 

Items containing regulated or hazardous materials cannot be shipped via Priority or Express Air. These items are identified on the respective item description page as containing regulated or hazardous materials.

Restricted items typically fall into one of two categories:
•Aerosol products in pressurized spray cans. 
•Products that contain flammable, volatile or corrosive chemicals.


Heavy, Oversize, or Special Items

Special shipping and handling costs will be applied to all heavy, oversized and special items. You can find the total shipping cost for your order after we have confirmed your order and will notify you of any additional shipping charges.


Return Policy

Items will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Credit will be issued upon receipt of unopened item less original shipping costs.

If the item is defective or the order was shipped in error, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label to return the order to us.  Upon inspection of the order, we will either exchange the product at no additional shipping charges or we will grant you a full refund.


Damage/Shortage Claims

Buyer should inspect all orders/items for shipping damage or shortage. If damage has occurred, please note the damage on the delivery receipt and immediately notify our customer service department.



Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt free from use, defect or damage. All returns will be careful inspected upon receipt.  Please call, fax or write our customer service department for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions prior to return. Special order items and custom imprinted products are nonrefundable unless there is a defect in quality or workmanship. Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges unless otherwise arranged in advance. No COD’s accepted. All merchandise must be carefully packed and may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
